With over two years of dedicated service, Carlos brings a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise to his role as our venue manager and head chef.
Hailing from El Salvador, Carlos embarked on his journey to the United States at the age of 15. Now, at 55 years young, he continues to inspire us with his unwavering dedication and tireless work ethic. As our venue manager, Carlos serves as the primary point of contact on event day for our valued clients and collaborates closely with other vendors to ensure that every event runs seamlessly.
But Carlos’s talents extend far beyond managing events. He’s also a culinary virtuoso, delighting guests with his delectable creations and innovative dishes. Fluent in four languages – Spanish, Italian, French, and English – Carlos effortlessly bridges cultural divides and connects with guests from around the world.
On days when our venue isn’t abuzz with events, you’ll likely find Carlos immersed in various projects around the property. Whether he’s lending his green thumb to landscape enhancements, meticulously managing inventory, or preparing for upcoming events, Carlos approaches each task with enthusiasm and a keen attention to detail.
